Terms of Service

These terms explain how Easy Connect works when you order a business page from us. By paying for a page or for Easy Connect Care, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, message us on WhatsApp before you pay.
1. Who we are
Easy Connect is a UAE-based service that builds simple, mobile-friendly business pages for small and home businesses. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +971 50 341 1781, by email at easyconnect.ae.pages@gmail.com, or on Instagram at @easyconnect.ae.
2. What we offer
- Starter (AED 500, one-time): one of our ready-made templates set up with your details, products or services, WhatsApp ordering or booking, photo enhancement for up to 15 product photos, a private page to mark items sold out from your phone, and 1 revision round before launch.
- Custom (AED 800, one-time): a design tailored to your brand (colours, layout, style), photo enhancement for up to 30 product photos, a private page to mark items sold out from your phone, and 2 revision rounds before launch.
- Extra revision rounds before launch: AED 100 each.
- Extra photo enhancement: 10 photos AED 50, 20 photos AED 75, 30 photos AED 100.
- Every new page includes the first 3 months of Easy Connect Care (see section 6).
3. What we need from you
You provide accurate business details, prices and product information, and the photos, logo and text you want on your page. You confirm that you own this content or have permission to use it. Photo enhancement improves your real photos (light, background, cleanup); we do not create images of products you don't sell. If a photo is too dark or blurry to improve, we'll ask you to retake it.
4. Timeline
For up to 25 products, your page is ready within 7 days of us receiving your completed details, photos and payment. Larger menus, a lot of photo work or late content can take longer; we'll confirm the date before we start. Delays caused by missing information pause the timeline until we receive it.
5. Payment and refunds
The setup fee (Starter or Custom) is paid in full before we start, through a secure payment link we send you. Prices are in UAE dirhams.
- If you cancel before we start building: full refund.
- If you cancel after we've started but before we send your preview: 50% refund.
- After we've sent your preview: no refund, but you still get your revision rounds and your finished page.
- Extra revision rounds and extra photo enhancement are non-refundable once the work is done.
6. Easy Connect Care
Easy Connect Care keeps your page online and up to date. It includes hosting of your page, basic technical maintenance and support, and 2 update requests per month.
- The first 3 months are included with every new page. After that, Care is AED 79 per month, charged automatically each month through our payment provider until you cancel.
- An update request covers changes to your page's content: adding or removing menu items, changing prices, replacing photos, changing hours or contact details, editing text, or adding a social media link. One request is one message with related changes sent together, covering up to 20 items.
- Unused updates don't roll over to the next month. Extra update requests are AED 50 each. Rebuilding the whole menu or more than 20 items in one request starts from AED 150. Design changes, template changes, new sections and new features are quoted before we start.
- Care also includes one free switch to any of our ready-made templates in each 6-month period (your menu, photos and details are carried over, and unused switches do not carry over), plus a seasonal banner or short offer message for Ramadan, Eid and UAE National Day on request. Neither counts toward your two monthly updates.
- Prefer not to keep Care? You can switch to Hosting only for AED 29 per month: your page stays live with basic technical maintenance, but updates, template switches and seasonal banners aren't included, and each update request is AED 50.
- You can cancel Care any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. It stops at the end of the month you've already paid for; we don't refund part-months.
- If you end both Care and Hosting only, your page is taken offline at the end of the paid period. On request, we can send you a copy of your page files for a one-time fee we'll confirm at the time, so you can host it elsewhere.
7. Your business is yours
Easy Connect only builds and hosts your page. We are not part of any sale, order or booking between you and your customers, and we take 0% commission. Orders go directly from your customers to your WhatsApp, and any payments go directly to you.
You are responsible for your products and services, your prices, quality, delivery, customer service and refunds to your own customers, and for having any licence or permit your business needs in your emirate. Listing your business on Easy Connect does not mean we have checked or approve it.
8. Content, designs and showcasing
You keep ownership of your content: your photos, logo, product names and text. Our templates, page code and design system remain ours; you may use them for your page while it is active with us.
We may show your page as an example on our website or social media, and list it in a future Easy Connect directory. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we'll remove it.
9. What we don't allow
We won't build or host pages for anything illegal in the UAE, misleading, or harmful, or that uses someone else's brand or content without permission. We may pause or remove a page that breaks these rules; in that case no refund is due.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep your page online, but it runs on third-party services (hosting, WhatsApp, payment providers) that can occasionally be unavailable. We're not responsible for lost orders or income caused by outages outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and let active Care customers know about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Privacy

What we collect
- What you send in our “Start your page” form: your name, WhatsApp number, business details, menu or price list, links, and your design preferences.
- Photos, logos and messages you send us on WhatsApp.
- Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Only to build, host and update your page, contact you about it, and handle payments. We don't sell your information. Apart from the website measurement described below, we don't share it for advertising.
Cookies and ad measurement
Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited our site. It records things like which pages were visited and whether our form was sent or the WhatsApp button was tapped. It does not send Meta what you write in our form, such as your name, number or business details. You can limit this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Where it's kept
Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider (Netlify), conversations in WhatsApp, and payment records by our payment provider. We keep your information while you're a customer and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records.
Your customers' orders
When someone orders from your page, the order goes straight from their phone to your WhatsApp. Easy Connect does not receive, see or store your customers' orders or personal details.
