What counts as one update request?
One message with related changes sent together, covering up to 20 items. Example: “Add these 12 new sweets and change these 5 prices” = 1 update request. Changing your design or template, or adding new sections and features, is priced separately.

Common questions

Do I need a full website?
No. Easy Connect is designed as a focused business page that gives customers the important information they need and directs them to order or book.
Do you charge commission on orders?
No. Easy Connect charges 0% commission on your orders, bookings and sales.
How long does it take?
Up to 25 products: ready within 7 days of receiving your details, photos and payment. Larger menus or a lot of photo enhancement can take a few extra days, and we confirm the date before we start.
How do I pay?
Full payment before we start, through a secure payment link we send you after confirming your plan.
Can you improve my product photos?
Yes. Starter includes enhancement for up to 15 product photos and Custom up to 30. Extra photos are AED 50 for 10, AED 75 for 20 or AED 100 for 30. We improve your real photos; if one is too blurry or dark, we'll ask you to retake it.
Can I use Easy Connect for services?
Yes. It can be used for bookings, appointments, service packages and inquiries.
Do you work with businesses outside the UAE?
Yes. We're a UAE-based business and work with home and small businesses anywhere in the world, from the GCC to beyond. Everything is done online and on WhatsApp, and your page uses your own WhatsApp number, so orders reach you wherever you are. Pages come in Arabic, English or both, and other languages are available on request. Prices are in AED and paid online by card.
Can I update my page later?
Yes. Every new page includes 3 months of Easy Connect Care. After that, Care is AED 79/month and includes two update requests a month (menu items, prices, photos, text and more) — or you can pay per request for an occasional update outside a plan.
Is there a monthly fee?
Your first 3 months of Easy Connect Care are included with your new page. After that, Easy Connect Care is AED 79 per month and covers hosting, basic technical maintenance, support and two update requests per month — menu items, prices, photos, text and more. Prefer not to have Care? Keep your page live with Hosting only for AED 29 per month, and pay AED 50 per update when you need one.
Can I change my template later?
Yes. With Easy Connect Care you can switch to any ready-made template for free once every 6 months, including new templates as we add them, and your menu, photos and details are carried over. Without Care, a template switch is AED 200.
Do you do anything for Ramadan, Eid or National Day?
Yes. With Easy Connect Care we add a seasonal banner or short offer message to your page for Ramadan, Eid and UAE National Day, and it does not count toward your two monthly updates.
Do unused updates roll over?
No. Your two included update requests are available each month and do not roll over to future months.
What if I need more than two updates in a month?
Extra update requests are AED 50 each. Design changes, template changes and new features have separate fixed or starting prices.
What happens after my first 3 free months?
You choose: Easy Connect Care at AED 79/month (hosting, support and two updates a month), or Hosting only at AED 29/month to keep your page live, with updates at AED 50 each.
Can I use my own colors and branding?
Yes. The Custom plan is designed for that.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. We can connect a domain you already own, or help you register a new one. Domain registration is a small separate yearly cost (typically AED 50–80/year), billed by the registrar — not part of the Easy Connect price.
Where do orders and bookings go?
They can be sent directly to WhatsApp.
